individuals and Employer Work Visa is the visa application processing time.

for employers. Visa sponsored by a Canadian employer under this category can be
obtained with in few weeks. One reason for this quick processing is that foreign
workers do not need to be validated by Human Resource Centre in Canada which
makes an application process easier. |

mentioned above, then your vacancy need to be validated by Canadian Human
Resource Centre. Furthermore the spouse of the applicant need to have separate
work authorisation then the applicant if they also want to apply for visa. |

The main requirements for the visa application are a completed visa form, a job
offer, qualification or skills, employer references and the validation from
Canadian Human Resource Centre (if required). |
